SelisAI provides AI visibility intelligence services that analyze how brands are represented in AI systems. Our services include prompt simulation, semantic analysis, and visibility scoring across multiple AI platforms.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information during registration; (b) maintain the security of your credentials; (c) promptly update your account information if it changes; and (d) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELISAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
